# Concierge medicine software for membership practices

Sell memberships through your own Stripe account, book visits in person or by video, and give members a portal with your name on it. Labs, plans and notes sit in the same chart.

## From joining to renewing, in one system

The member lifecycle

Members expect to book easily and to find their results and plan in one place. Software built around insurance claims puts the wrong things first. LongevityEHR is built for cash-pay practices with one to five providers.

### Join

A new member buys a membership in your portal and pays through your clinic's own Stripe account.

### Onboard

The member completes your intake forms in the portal, and answers about medications, allergies and conditions land on the chart.

### Visits

Visits are booked in person or by video, on provider calendars that sit next to the chart.

### Labs and plan

Released labs land on biomarker trends, and the member follows a care plan and marks steps done between visits.

### Renew

Recurring memberships are billed through Stripe, and the member sees active memberships and purchases in the portal.

## Membership revenue paid into your account

Memberships

Sell what you offer through [memberships and payments](https://www.longevityehr.com/memberships-and-payments). Members buy in the portal and the money goes to your clinic's own Stripe account, not ours.

Stripe gets generic line items and the patient's email, not clinical details.

- Recurring membership
- Quarterly lab bundle
- Credits for visits and labs
- One-off consult

## A portal with your name on it

Member experience

Members log in to a [white-label patient portal](https://www.longevityehr.com/white-label-patient-portal) with your logo and colors. They see their released labs, biomarker trends, care plan, forms, appointments and purchases in one place, and they mark plan steps done as they go.

Your team keeps control of what members see. Lab results reach the portal only after a provider releases them, and each [clinical note](https://www.longevityehr.com/clinical-notes) can be shared or kept internal.

## A general EHR vs concierge medicine software

| | General EHR | LongevityEHR |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Revenue model | Usually built around insurance claims | Memberships, bundles, credits and services through your own Stripe account |
| Insurance claims | Usually supported | Not offered |
| Patient portal | Often the vendor's brand | Your logo and colors |
| Lab results | Usually a document or values flagged against the lab's range | Extracted, reviewed and graded against ranges your clinic sets |
| Plans between visits | Often free-text instructions | Care plans with steps members mark done |

Side by side

What a direct primary care EHR or concierge system needs to do differently from a claims-first EHR.

General EHRs vary. This compares the typical claims-based design with how LongevityEHR works today.

## LongevityEHR does not file insurance claims

It is built for cash-pay practices. If your concierge practice also bills insurance for covered services, you will need a separate billing system for that part of the business.

## In development and on the roadmap

Secure provider-to-patient messaging and digital consent forms tied to each service package are on the roadmap. [E-prescribing](https://www.longevityehr.com/e-prescribing) and [lab ordering](https://www.longevityehr.com/lab-ordering) are in development. None of these are available today.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is concierge medicine software?

Software that runs a membership-based practice: selling and billing memberships, scheduling, a patient portal and the clinical record. LongevityEHR covers all four for cash-pay practices.

### Can LongevityEHR be used as a direct primary care EHR?

For cash-pay practices it covers memberships, scheduling, video visits, labs, care plans and SOAP notes. E-prescribing and lab ordering are in development, so a DPC practice that prescribes daily still needs its current system for that today.

### Does LongevityEHR bill insurance?

No. LongevityEHR does not file insurance claims. It is built for practices paid directly by their patients.

### Where does membership money go?

To your clinic's own Stripe account. Memberships, bundles, credits and one-off services are charged on your account. See [memberships and payments](https://www.longevityehr.com/memberships-and-payments).

### Does LongevityEHR have secure messaging?

Not yet. Secure provider-to-patient messaging is on the roadmap.

### How is LongevityEHR priced?

Per provider per month, with unlimited patients on every plan. Core is $99 and Scale is $199, and annual billing saves 30%. See [pricing](https://www.longevityehr.com/pricing).
