A clinic that grows its panel doesn't pay more. A clinic that adds a provider adds a seat. - Adding a seat is charged right away, prorated for the rest of the billing period. - Giving a seat back is credited against your next invoice. - Removing a provider from the team frees their seat for someone else. Your bill changes when you lower the seat count. Core works out to $69.30 per provider a month, billed $831.60 a year, and Scale to $139.30 per provider a month, billed $1,671.60 a year. ### Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. Moving from monthly to annual applies right away, prorated. Moving from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you already paid for. ### Are all Scale features available today?
