# A white label patient portal with your clinic's logo

Source: https://www.longevityehr.com/white-label-patient-portal

Patients sign in to a portal with your logo, your brand color and your clinic's name. They see released labs and biomarkers, work through their care plan, fill in forms, book and join visits and pay your clinic, on a phone or a laptop.

## What patients do in your white label patient portal

Inside the portal

A longevity patient comes back for years, and every return happens in the portal. It runs on the same records your team works in, so there is no second system to keep in sync.

### Labs and biomarkers

Released results, graded against your ranges, with the markers you chose to monitor up front. See [biomarker tracking](https://www.longevityehr.com/biomarker-tracking).

### Their care plan

Steps with due dates, a button to mark each one done and your comments on the step they are about. See [care plans](https://www.longevityehr.com/care-plans).

### Clinical notes

Signed [clinical notes](https://www.longevityehr.com/clinical-notes) your providers chose to share, in a My Notes section.

### Forms

The intake and follow-up [forms](https://www.longevityehr.com/intake-forms) your clinic assigns, filled in before the visit.

### Appointments and video visits

Book appointments, join video visits and cancel when plans change.

### Purchases

Memberships, bundles and services, paid to your clinic through your own Stripe account. See [memberships and payments](https://www.longevityehr.com/memberships-and-payments).

## What carries your brand today

Your brand

The clinic owner sets the brand once in settings. The portal builds its whole palette from your brand color (buttons, highlights and the text that sits on them), so it looks like yours and stays readable.

- Your logo, plus a separate favicon for the browser tab.
- Your brand color across the patient portal and the provider portal.
- Portal invitations and care updates emailed to patients open with your logo and color and are sent on your clinic's behalf. A clinic without a logo gets its own name as the letterhead.
- A custom domain and advanced white-labeling are part of the [Enterprise plan](https://www.longevityehr.com/pricing).

## Made for the phone in your patient's hand

Mobile first

Every portal screen is designed for a phone first and adapted to desktop after. Patients open it in the browser from a link, with nothing to download.

The patient app experience without the app store step. Patients keep their own contact details up to date, and the portal is available in English and Spanish.

## What stays private

Your team decides what patients see and when they see it.

### Drafts stay in the chart

A note a provider hasn't signed never appears in the portal.

### Unreleased values stay hidden

Extracted lab values, their ranges and any interpretation appear only after a provider reviews and releases the result.

### Private notes stay private

A signed note appears in My Notes only if a provider marks it visible to the patient.

### Not used to train models

Your patients' data is not used to train AI models.

## Access that follows your team's decisions

You stay in control

Patients join by invitation from your team and set their own password. Archiving a patient ends their portal access, including any invitation they haven't opened.

- Each clinic's data is kept separate from every other clinic's.

## On the roadmap for the portal

Secure messaging between providers and patients, digital consent forms signed in the portal and an AI assistant that answers from the patient's own chart and plan are on the roadmap. They are not available today.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is a white label patient portal?

A patient portal that shows your clinic's brand in place of the software vendor's. In LongevityEHR that means your logo, favicon and brand color across the portal and in the emails patients receive from your clinic.

### Can the portal run on our own domain?

A custom domain is included in the Enterprise plan, along with advanced white-labeling. Core and Scale include your logo and brand color on both the patient and provider portals. See [pricing](https://www.longevityehr.com/pricing).

### Do patients need to download an app?

No. The portal is a mobile-first web app that patients open in their phone or computer browser, so there is nothing to install.

### Can patients see extracted lab values before a provider reviews them?

No. Patients can see the uploaded report, but extracted values reach the portal only after your team releases the result, and clinical notes only when a provider marks them visible.

### Is LongevityEHR a white label telehealth platform?

It is a full EHR, not a video-only product. Patients book video visits and join them from your branded portal, and the same system holds the chart, care plans and payments. See [scheduling and video visits](https://www.longevityehr.com/scheduling-and-telehealth).

### Is the patient portal available in Spanish?

Yes. LongevityEHR is available in English and Spanish.
