The short answer
- Decide first whether you need a standalone EHR or a data layer that sits next to the EHR you already run.
- Check how lab results get into the chart, whether your clinic can set its own ranges, and what the patient actually sees.
- Compare the pricing unit, not just the price: per provider, per prescriber, per active client and flat fees behave very differently as you grow.
- Clinics built around prescribing and dispensing need e-prescribing and inventory depth today. Clinics built around testing, plans and retesting need a strong lab and biomarker loop.

How we compared longevity clinic software
The best longevity clinic software depends on how your clinic runs. Longevity clinic software is any system a clinic uses to run preventive, testing-driven care over years: patient records, lab results, biomarker trends, care plans, the patient portal, scheduling and payments. The market is crowded. Some products are full EHRs built for longevity medicine, some are general practice systems that serve functional and integrative clinics well, and some are data layers that sit on top of another EHR.
This guide looks at ten options a small cash-pay clinic is likely to shortlist. For each one we read the vendor's own website and pricing page and noted what it says it does, who it is built for, what it costs when the price is public, and what to check before you sign. We include LongevityEHR, the product we build, and we say plainly where another option is the better fit.

What to look for in the best EHR for longevity clinics
Before comparing logos, write down how your clinic actually runs. These are the criteria that separate the options below.
- Standalone EHR or overlay. A standalone EHR is your system of record: charts, notes, labs, scheduling and payments live there. An overlay reads data from the EHR you already have and adds dashboards and trends. If you have no EHR today, an overlay alone will not run your clinic.
- How lab results get in. Some systems order labs through integrations and receive results electronically. Others let you upload the PDF your patient brings in. Most longevity clinics need both, because patients arrive with results from many labs.
- Your ranges, not only the lab's. Longevity and functional clinics often read results against their own optimal ranges. Check whether you can set ranges per biomarker and per sex, and whether results are graded against them automatically. Our guide to optimal vs reference ranges covers why this matters.
- Care plans that follow the data. Look for plans you can build from templates, personalize per patient and review when the next panel arrives.
- A portal patients will use. Check what the patient sees (results, plan, forms, bookings, purchases) and whether the portal carries your clinic's brand or the vendor's.
- Cash-pay payments. Memberships, bundles, packages and one-off services, and whether the money goes to your own processor account.
- Prescribing and dispensing. If hormones, GLP-1s or peptides are the core of your business, e-prescribing (including controlled substances) and inventory tracking are not optional.
- Pricing unit and setup fees. Per provider, per prescriber, per active client or flat monthly. Add onboarding and activation fees to the first-year math.
- Trial or demo. Some vendors let you sign up and try the product the same day. Others start with a sales call.

Standalone EHRs built for or marketed to longevity clinics
Healthie
Best for: practices that want one broad platform, from a solo provider up to an enterprise building its own patient app.
What stands out: Healthie publishes self-serve plans and a 14-day trial of its Plus plan with no credit card. Its Healthie+ longevity care page lists e-prescribing, E-Labs, care plans with goal-setting, recurring membership billing, web and mobile white-labeling, and an API with SDKs. The same page says Healthie integrates with Google Fit, Apple Health and Fitbit.
Pricing: Core $19/mo (up to 10 active clients), Essentials $49/mo (up to 250), Plus $129/mo (unlimited clients) and Group from $149/mo with $50/mo per added clinician, billed monthly (annual billing saves 10%). Payment processing is 2.9% + $0.30. E-prescribing through DoseSpot is $40 per clinician per month.
Considerations: the longevity page sits under Healthie+ and lists no price. Full web white-label is an add-on to the Enterprise plan. See our LongevityEHR vs Healthie comparison for detail.
Aminova
Best for: clinics whose business is prescribing and dispensing hormones, GLP-1s and peptides.
What stands out: Aminova calls itself an all-in-one EMR for TRT, GLP-1, peptide and longevity clinics. It lists e-prescribing with EPCS and PDMP flows for controlled substances, lab ordering, inventory with lot and expiry tracking, a controlled-substance ledger, care plans and protocols, memberships, a patient app and an AI scribe.
Pricing: Start-up $99/mo for practices not yet prescribing (no e-prescribing, labs or telehealth), Prescribing $199/mo with one prescriber included and $139/mo per additional prescriber, plus a $500 one-time activation. Non-prescribing staff are free. A white-label patient app is $79/mo plus $750 one-time.
Considerations: the pricing page offers demo-linked discounts rather than a free trial. If your clinic does not dispense, much of the pharmacy depth may go unused.
LongevityEHR
Best for: cash-pay longevity, functional, concierge and hormone optimization clinics with 1 to 5 providers that want labs, biomarkers, care plans and a branded portal in one standalone system.
What stands out: AI lab extraction reads lab PDFs and images into a provider review queue, flags low-confidence values, unit mismatches and duplicates, and extracted values reach the patient only after your team releases them. Results are graded against ranges your clinic defines per biomarker and sex, and care plans start from your templates. The white-label patient portal carries your logo and colors, and memberships and payments run through your clinic's own Stripe account. Scheduling with video visits, SOAP notes, intake forms and English and Spanish are included.
Pricing: a free 15-day trial with up to 10 AI-extracted lab PDFs, then Core at $99 or Scale at $199 per provider per month, with unlimited patients on every plan and 30% off with annual billing. See pricing.
Considerations: e-prescribing and lab ordering are in development and not available today. Wearable data, an AI scribe and secure messaging are on the roadmap. There is no insurance billing. If you need to prescribe controlled substances from the chart tomorrow, a system with e-prescribing today is the better fit.
Anova by Canvas Medical
Best for: practices that want an EMR packaged with longevity protocols and practice-growth services, and have the budget for it.
What stands out: Anova runs on Canvas Medical. It includes longevity protocols built in partnership with Anant Vinjamoori (founder of Next Generation Medicine), hormone therapy and GLP-1 extensions, bidirectional lab integration through Health Gorilla, Surescripts e-prescribing with compounding, Stripe membership payments, and calendar and video visit integrations.
Pricing: $3,950/mo as published on the Anova page. A free trial account with AI-generated demo patients is available, on the condition that no PHI is entered.
Considerations: the price sits well above the rest of this list. The Anova page does not describe biomarker tracking or clinic branding, so ask about both in a demo.
Decoda Health
Best for: elective care clinics (med spa, wellness, weight loss, IV therapy, longevity) where the front desk and phones are the bottleneck, including multi-location groups.
What stands out: Decoda describes itself as an EMR for elective care with an AI front desk for calls and texts, ambient charting, self-booking, memberships, point of sale, lab ordering and e-prescribing with an EPCS integration.
Pricing: not published. The site states month-to-month terms and no onboarding fees.
Considerations: longevity is one of several segments it serves. See LongevityEHR vs Decoda Health.
Functional, integrative and membership practice systems
OptiMantra
Best for: integrative and wellness practices that want a full EHR with lab integrations, and optional insurance claims, at a per-practitioner price.
What stands out: online booking, a patient portal with messaging, telehealth, point of sale, and membership and package management are in the base plan. Its FAQ lists lab integrations including Labcorp, Quest, Access and Rupa, and says standard data migration from CCDA, Excel/CSV or PDF has no fee.
Pricing: $99/mo for the first practitioner, $49/mo per additional practitioner, $25/mo per clinical staff member, clerical staff free. E-prescribing with EPCS is $38/mo, insurance claims $0.25 each. Its FAQ offers a 15-day free trial.
Considerations: it is built for integrative medicine broadly rather than for longevity specifically. See OptiMantra alternatives.
Cerbo
Best for: established functional, integrative and direct primary care practices that want deep lab integrations and in-house supplement sales.
What stands out: integrations with more than 50 labs, including Genova, Vibrant and Rupa, with longitudinal tracking of integrated results. Its EHR features page lists eRx for compounded and controlled substances, and it supports supplement dispensary integrations and inventory for supplements, products and lab kits.
Pricing: $281/mo per full-time prescribing provider, $256/mo per non-prescribing provider and $63/mo per additional staff member, plus a $1,195 one-time setup ($595 for qualifying new micro practices). The patient portal is a $79/mo add-on and telemedicine is $27/mo per provider.
Considerations: the per-provider cost and add-ons add up for a small clinic. See Cerbo alternatives.
Hint
Best for: membership-first direct care practices adding longevity services.
What stands out: Hint pairs membership management and automated billing with an EMR for charting, e-prescribing with refill management and lab ordering, AI documentation, and a member portal with messaging, booking and results.
Pricing: Clinical $290/mo for one clinician and unlimited members (+$290 per added clinician), Clinical Growth $320/mo and Clinical Scale $770/mo with member allowances, plus card processing fees and an optional $500 onboarding.
Considerations: its strength is membership operations. Check how deep lab trends and biomarker ranges go for your use.
Practice Better
Best for: coaching, nutrition and functional medicine practitioners who sell programs and protocols.
What stands out: programs and online courses, protocols, food and lifestyle journaling, a client portal and mobile app on all paid plans, and lab integrations with Rupa Health and Evexia Diagnostics.
Pricing: a free Sprout plan for up to 3 clients, Starter $35/mo, Professional $69/mo, Plus $99/mo (unlimited clients, portal branding and a personalized URL) and Team $155/mo with two practitioners, $50/mo per extra practitioner. ePrescribe is a $49/mo add-on. Trials run 14 days, or 30 on Team.
Considerations: it is designed around practitioner-client programs more than around a physician-led lab and biomarker loop.
Data and intelligence layers
Heads Up Health
Best for: concierge, longevity and functional clinics that keep their current EHR and want a dashboard of labs, wearables and devices on top.
What stands out: Heads Up describes itself as an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform that unifies data from labs, wearables, medical devices and EHRs. It tracks biomarkers by client, protocol and program, shows more than 50 integrations including FreeStyle Libre, Polar, Google Fit and InBody, and offers AI pre-visit briefs.
Pricing: Professional $250/mo for 40 clients ($6 per added client) with $1,000 onboarding, Premier $1,000/mo for 100 clients ($10 per added client) with $3,500 onboarding, and custom Enterprise. AI usage, including lab extraction, is billed separately.
Considerations: its homepage does not describe scheduling, billing or e-prescribing, so most clinics run it next to an EHR. See LongevityEHR vs Heads Up Health.
How to choose the right longevity medicine software
Most shortlists get easier once you name your clinic model.
- You prescribe and dispense as the core of the business: start with Aminova or Cerbo, which list controlled-substance e-prescribing and inventory today, or Anova, which lists e-prescribing with compounding.
- You already run an EHR you like and want better data views: a layer like Heads Up Health adds dashboards and wearables without replacing your system.
- You run memberships first and longevity second: Hint is built around membership billing, and OptiMantra includes memberships and packages in its base plan.
- You sell coaching programs: Practice Better is designed for programs, journaling and protocols.
- You want a broad platform or plan to build your own patient app: Healthie's API and enterprise tier are made for that.
- Your care runs on testing, plans and retesting, and you want it under your brand: that is the loop LongevityEHR is built around.
Whatever you pick, run one real patient through the trial or demo: a lab report from start to finish, a care plan, a booking and a payment. That tells you more than any feature grid.
Where LongevityEHR fits
LongevityEHR is a standalone EHR for cash-pay clinics where care runs in a loop: a result arrives, it is read against your ranges, it changes the plan, and the next result shows whether the plan worked. Here is what is live today and what is coming.
| Capability | Status in LongevityEHR |
|---|---|
| AI lab extraction with provider review and release | Live |
| Clinic-defined biomarker ranges, trends by health domain | Live |
| Care plans from templates, personalized per patient | Live |
| White-label patient portal | Live |
| SOAP notes, intake forms, scheduling and video visits | Live |
| Memberships, bundles and payments through your own Stripe account | Live |
| E-prescribing | In development |
| Lab ordering | In development |
| Wearable data, AI scribe, secure messaging | On the roadmap |
If that loop is how your clinic works, see how LongevityEHR supports longevity clinics or start a 15-day trial and upload your next lab report.
