Why it matters
A longevity practice runs on the next visit
Longevity care is a cadence of follow-ups: review the panel, adjust the plan, retest, review again. When the calendar sits in a separate booking tool, the front desk works from two patient lists and the provider opens a second app to see who is next.
LongevityEHR is longevity clinic scheduling software built into the record. The appointment, the biomarker trends and the care plan belong to the same patient, in the same system.
One visit, from booking to the next one
Every step happens under your clinic's brand, in the same system as the chart.

The patient picks a provider, a visit type and an open slot up to 60 days ahead in your white-label patient portal.
Visit types and hours
Scheduling set up your way
The clinic owner defines the appointment types: the name, the length, whether the visit happens in person, by video or either, and whether patients can book it themselves. Each provider chooses which types they offer and keeps their own hours.
- Weekly hours with several time ranges per day, so a lunch break is simply a gap.
- Date overrides for a day that needs different hours.
- Booking rules per provider: a buffer between patients, a minimum notice for patient bookings and a daily cap.
- Open slots skip existing appointments, and two bookings can't overlap for the same provider.

Day to day
The details that keep a schedule running
Patient-bookable types
Only the types you mark as patient-bookable appear in the portal. The rest stay staff-only.
Staff booking
Your team books through the same slots, and can choose a time outside a provider's hours when needed, with a warning.
Clinic locations
Keep your locations and addresses. Correct an address and upcoming visits there pick up the change.
In person or video
When a type allows both, the patient chooses. Once a video visit has started, its provider can mark a no-show.
Staff-only notes
Leave a private note on any appointment for the care team. Patients never see it.
Credits at booking
If your clinic requires credits, a booking holds one from the patient's membership or bundle.
Your own video room
A visit can also carry a link to a video room your provider already uses.
Provider calendars
Each provider's week at a glance
Each provider switches between a list of upcoming and past appointments and a week calendar of their own schedule. Open any visit to see the patient, the visit type and the care team's notes.

One record
The visit, the results and the plan in one place
Before a follow-up, the provider opens one chart: the latest results, extracted and reviewed through AI lab extraction, the trends since the last panel, the plan the patient is working through and the notes from the previous visit. After it, the provider writes a clinical note in the same place.
- Appointments show in the patient's portal, under your clinic's brand.
- Run several locations under one account, with each in-person visit booked at its own location.

Does LongevityEHR include scheduling?
Yes. In-app scheduling is included on Core, Scale and Enterprise plans. It is not part of the 15-day trial. See pricing.
Can patients book appointments online?
Yes. Patients book from your branded portal, choosing a provider, a visit type your clinic made patient-bookable and an open slot up to 60 days ahead.
Can LongevityEHR run video visits for a longevity clinic?
Yes. An appointment can be a video visit, and the patient joins from the portal or from the link in a confirmation email sent by your clinic.
Can each provider set their own hours?
Yes. Each provider keeps weekly hours, date overrides and their own booking rules, and chooses which of the clinic's appointment types they offer.
Can we book in-person visits at more than one location?
Yes. Your clinic keeps a list of its physical locations, and each in-person visit is booked at one of them, with the address shown to the patient and in their confirmation.
Can a care plan schedule follow-up visits?
Yes. A care plan can include appointment steps, and booking one creates a real appointment that shows on the step for both the patient and the provider.
