LongevityEHR vs Healthie at a glance
LongevityEHR vs Healthie is a comparison of two standalone systems that can hold a clinic's patient records, scheduling and payments. The difference is focus. Healthie serves a wide range of practices, from a solo provider to an enterprise, and markets a longevity care offering under its Healthie+ brand. LongevityEHR is built only for cash-pay longevity, functional, concierge and hormone optimization clinics with 1 to 5 providers.

Labs and biomarker tracking
This is where the two differ most. LongevityEHR is organized around lab results. Upload a PDF or a photo of a report and AI lab extraction reads every value, matches it to the biomarkers your clinic tracks and puts it in a review queue. Low-confidence values, unit mismatches and duplicates are flagged, units are never silently converted, and extracted values reach the patient only after a provider releases them. The AI does not interpret results: values are graded against your clinic's ranges, and providers write every word of interpretation.
Those ranges are yours. Biomarker tracking lets a clinic set its own range per biomarker and per sex, group markers by health domain, and follow every value as a trend across draws.
Healthie's longevity page lists E-Labs and AI-infused biometric tracking, and its pricing page describes self-pay labs through client packages. We could not find public documentation of clinic-defined ranges per biomarker, so ask about it in a demo if your clinic reads results against its own optimal ranges.
Care plans, the patient portal and branding
Both products support individualized care plans. In LongevityEHR, care plans start from your clinic's templates, are personalized per patient, and show progress as patients mark steps done in the portal.
Healthie includes a client portal and iOS and Android apps on every plan, and its group and blast messaging start on Essentials. On branding, its plans include email template and provider dashboard branding at basic and advanced levels. Full web white-label (custom domains, your logo and colors, no Healthie mentions in the provider and client experience, emails from your domain, SSO) is available as an add-on to its Enterprise plan.
LongevityEHR's white-label patient portal carries your clinic's logo and colors from the Core plan, and shows labs, biomarkers, the care plan, forms, appointments and purchases. Secure messaging is on the roadmap and not available today.
Payments, memberships and scheduling
Healthie's built-in payment processing costs 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, and Healthie supports recurring billing for membership practices. It also offers insurance features from its Essentials plan, including CMS-1500s and a ClaimMD integration with its own monthly fee.
LongevityEHR connects your clinic's own Stripe account. You sell one-off services, memberships, bundles and credits, and the money goes to your clinic. There is no insurance billing, by design.
Both include scheduling and video visits. LongevityEHR supports appointment types, provider calendars and multiple locations. Healthie adds a shared, color-coded calendar on its Group plan.
